I am an avid reader of history, and I want to know how it really was in the day to day life of average people in past generations. The reader, employing all of the character's senses, becomes the designated perceiver. A heart stopping book that keeps you laying in the bed staring at the roof wondering what will happen next. That was a bit much for me, unrealistic. The problem is that she has a crush on him. Beautiful spontaneity that you want from a picture that can speak a thousand words.
