Jon Kabat-Zinn is one of the best mindfulness teachers in the US. The minute I know he has released another tale I grab it and start reading, I don't put it down until it is finished . Oh, and don't even get me started on their chemistry. About the only criticism is that, as mentioned, it's not -truly- a stand-alone as (even though there's no cliffhanger here) you'd miss out too much background not having read the prior books, but I can't really justify taking away that 5th star because of this.
